Howdy Folks! Here’s a little self-care for all of you who have valgus knee issues. It’s a big deal. Here’s a link to a study pointing out valgus collapse of the knee as a major contributor to non-contact ACL injuries.

A quick correction: I say external rotation for the gluteus medius and I meant internal rotation. So, a short gluteus medius will cause an INTERNAL rotation of the thigh, and taking excess tension out of the muscle will help bring the hip back to neutral.
